• Examining tree health and explaining results to customers.
• Developing a tree care plan with options and presenting it to customers.
• Following up with customers and doing what it takes to win the job.
• Showing crews what work needs to be done.
• Ensuring that crews deliver quality service to clients.
• Keeping management informed about the status of each job in the pipeline.

• Certified arborist (or ability to get certified within six months).
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• At least six (6) years tree experience with three (3) as lead climber.
• Creating proposals/estimates/quotes.
• Climbing skills, including crane work.
• Tree work with a bucket truck.
• Ability to show crews how to complete the tree work plan.

• College degree.
• OSHA training certification.
• Single Ops (or other tree care software).
• Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
