Well-Spring, a premier Life Plan Community in Greensboro, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team on 3rd shift
. In this role, you will help ensure residents receive high-quality overnight care while providing clinical oversight and support to the team.

You will work closely with Assisted Living staff and Med Tech support to monitor resident wellbeing, respond to changes in condition, and maintain a safe, comfortable environment during overnight hours.

This position operates on a two-week rotating schedule, including every other weekend.

• Provide nursing oversight and support to residents on the Assisted Living unit during overnight hours
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and document appropriately
• Respond to resident needs, incidents, and emergencies as needed
• Collaborate with Med Techs and care staff to ensure safe medication administration and resident care
• Communicate important updates to leadership and the day shift nursing team
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
• Maintain a calm and supportive environment for residents overnight

• Current North Carolina RN or LPN license
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting overnight care staff
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
