Join the Blumenthal Health & Rehabilitation Center team as a Charge Nurse LPN and play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and collaborating with our healthcare professionals to optimize every aspect of rehabilitation.

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing department, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Develop and maintain patient care records, including documentation and reporting
  
  Supervise and mentor licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and other healthcare staff members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with our rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans

• Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum 0 years of experience as an LPN, with a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
