We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - Registered Nurse (Hospice) in Greensboro, NC, offering $2,080/week.
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate end-of-life care to hospice patients in a home or facility setting.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor patient comfort and symptom management.
- Educate patients and families on disease process and care procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Strong communication, empathy, clinical skills, and ability to work independently.
