We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Intensive Care Unit team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and experience with high-acuity patients. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage complex patient needs, and excel under pressure.

• Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a surgical intensive care setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, executing appropriate interventions as needed.
• Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and prepare patients for surgical procedures.
• Effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform and assist with specialized tasks, such as managing mechanical ventilation and monitoring hemodynamic status.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Surgical Intensive Care Unit or similar setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Experience with ECMO, IABP, and CRRT preferred.
• Candidates must be prepared to pass a mandatory EKG exam as part of compliance requirements.
• Valid nursing license in the state of employment.
