RN - PCU

Night shift – 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00). Up to every other weekend shift required.

We are seeking a dedicated Cardiac Telemetry Nurse to provide exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac telemetry and progressive care units, with a focus on managing various cardiac conditions and treatments.

• Monitor patients on cardiac telemetry, assessing their conditions and responding to changes.
• Provide pre and post-operative care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and other procedures.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on cardiac conditions and care plans.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in telemetry or progressive care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• EKG proficiency necessary for pass/fail examination during compliance.
• PICC line management and telemetry monitoring experience preferred.
• Must be able to manage cardiac drips and titrations.
