Position: Clinic Supervisor (RN/LPN/CMA)

Advanced Personnel Resources is hiring for a client partner in the Greensboro area, an established outpatient medical practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed RN or LPN or a highly experienced CMA with strong leadership skills who is interested in stepping into a clinical leadership role while remaining hands‑on with patient care.

Location: Greensboro, NC (with oversight/support for Burlington clinic as needed)
Pay: $25–$40/hour (based on license and experience)
Employment Type: Temp‑to‑Hire (potential for Direct Hire)
Schedule: Full‑Time | Onsite
Some evening shifts are required on a rotating basis (until 6:00–7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities – Management
  • Manage daily operations of multi‑site allergy shot clinics
  • Supervise, coach, and support clinical staff in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards (OSHA, HIPAA, DOL, HR best practices)
  • Assist with staffing plans including recruitment, training, scheduling, retention, performance evaluations, and performance improvement
  • Foster a team‑based, patient‑centered environment focused on safety and efficiency
  • Inventory and order medications and supplies; monitor usage to minimize waste and expiration
  • Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supply options for cost and quality
  • Collaborate with physicians and leadership to evaluate and implement clinic policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
  • Provide backup coverage for management team as needed
Key Responsibilities – Clinical
  • Educate patients and staff on allergy treatment and medications
  • Administer allergy injections per physician orders and protocols
  • Monitor and manage patient reactions and report findings per protocol
  • Document accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Prepare allergy testing trays and assist with environmental, venom, and medication testing
  • Prepare and mix individualized allergy immunotherapy vials using aseptic technique and sterile compounding procedures
  • Complete vaccine authorization forms for schools, colleges, and workplaces
  • Cross‑cover in other clinical areas as trained and assigned
  • Nursing Diploma, ADN, or BSN preferred
  • Active North Carolina RN or LPN license preferred
  • BLS certification required
  • CMA candidates considered with strong relevant experience and leadership background
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing/clinical experience, including at least 1 year in an outpatient or medical office setting
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Motivated, self‑directed, and reliable
