Base pay range$16.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Responsibilities- Certified Nurse Assistant who can provide assistance to the professional staff.
- Deliver direct care to patients as directed by the RN in charge.
- Maintain patient comfort and safety.
- Follow all departmental policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- Represent the facility with integrity, free of gifts or improper inducements.
- Adhere to the facility’s Core Values and mission with respect for the dignity of each person.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Certification as Nursing Assistant; 2 years’ experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a high-paced area and adapt to various tasks; physical capability to transfer/lift patients and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
- Proactive, decisive, action-oriented; friendly to patients; team player; ability to manage multiple efforts concurrently and work with all levels of the organization.
