We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional anesthesia services across multiple hospital settings. Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina RN license and CRNA certification
• 1-2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Ability to independently handle anesthesia procedures for adult and geriatric patients
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail
• Flexibility to float between multiple facilities including Annie Penn, Wesley Long, Moses Cone, and Moses Cone Surgery Center

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with cardiac/vascular, neuro, or pediatric anesthesia
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
• Familiarity with Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring systems

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Graduate degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in a hospital anesthesia setting, with no new graduates considered

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to float between facilities as required
• Commitment to adhering to all safety and quality standards
• Ability to start on 12/01/2025 for a 13-week contract extending to 06/30/2026
• No travel reimbursements are provided, but licensure, certification, and other eligible expenses will be reimbursed when applicable

This exciting opportunity offers an hourly rate of $202.80, with overtime opportunities at 1.5x rate after scheduled hours, including holiday pay. Shifts are scheduled from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for optional call shifts.
