We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional anesthesia services across multiple hospital settings. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering safe and effective anesthesia care while supporting diverse patient populations. Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active North Carolina RN license and CRNA certification
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA
  • Current ACLS and PALS certifications
  • Ability to independently handle anesthesia procedures for adult and geriatric patients
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to float between multiple facilities including Annie Penn, Wesley Long, Moses Cone, and Moses Cone Surgery Center
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Experience with cardiac/vascular, neuro, or pediatric anesthesia
  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
  • Familiarity with Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring systems
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Graduate degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in a hospital anesthesia setting, with no new graduates considered
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to float between facilities as required
  • Commitment to adhering to all safety and quality standards
  • Ability to start on 12/01/2025 for a 13-week contract extending to 06/30/2026
  • No travel reimbursements are provided, but licensure, certification, and other eligible expenses will be reimbursed when applicable
This exciting opportunity offers an hourly rate of $202.80, with overtime opportunities at 1.5x rate after scheduled hours, including holiday pay. Shifts are scheduled from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for optional call shifts. Benefits include competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and reimbursements for licensure, certifications, and travel when applicable.
