As an RN or LPN, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a long-term care setting. You’ll support residents’ physical and emotional well‑being while ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor resident health and report condition changes
- Assist with ADLs and provide hands‑on care as needed
- Document care, maintain accurate records and MARs
- Supervise and support CNAs and care teams
- Participate in care planning, rounds, and team meetings
- Respond to emergencies and follow infection control/safety protocols
- RN:
Current NC RN license - LPN:
Current NC LPN license - Current CPR certification (AHA or equivalent)
- Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred
- Ability to lead care teams and communicate clearly
