This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00), every other weekend, and holidays as needed.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses in a telemetry capable unit.

• Provide care to observation patients, including those with respiratory conditions, general medical surgical diagnoses, and palliative care.
• Monitor patients using telemetry, managing and interpreting EKG readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring the highest level of care and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC electronic charting system.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning to improve patient outcomes.

• Minimum of 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience required.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Experience using the EPIC charting system is mandatory.
