Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Required Skills:

Valid North Carolina state license as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Board certification in anesthesia
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience (no new graduates)
Current ACLS and PALS certifications
Ability to float between multiple hospital locations
Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with hearts, vascular, neuro, and pediatric anesthesia
Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
Familiarity with Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring systems
Flexibility in managing diverse procedure types including general, ortho, vascular, urology, GYN, bariatrics, and robotic surgeries

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
1-2 years' anesthesia practice in hospital settings
Prior experience in ORs with varied case complexities

Other Requirements:
Willingness to work Day shift (07 00)
Must be able to work scheduled hours including potential optional call shifts
Reliable transportation and ability to adapt to multiple hospital locations
Credentialing process completion expected within 60-90 days

Compensation and Benefits:
$202.80 per hour
