Required Skills:

Active North Carolina RN license and CRNA certification
1-2 years of anesthesia experience; no new graduates considered
Proven ability to perform independently and support multiple hospital locations
Proficiency with EPIC EMR systems and anesthesia equipment such as Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring
ACLS and PALS certifications
Ability to float between facilities including Annie Penn, Wesley Long, Moses Cone, and Moses Cone Surgery Center
Flexibility to work various shift types, including day shifts (07:00 - 15:00)

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with cardiac, vascular, neuro, or pediatric anesthesia procedures
Knowledge of advanced airway management and complex anesthesia techniques
Prior experience working in high-volume OR environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or Nurse Anesthesiology
Prior experience in hospital anesthesia settings, particularly in cardiac, vascular, neuro, or pediatric care

Other Requirements:
Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week with potential for overtime and call shifts
Willingness to support multiple hospital sites within a floating capacity
Credentialing clearance within 60-90 days
Must not require licensing assistance

Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $202.80
Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit
