As an RN or LPN, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a long-term care setting. You’ll support residents’ physical and emotional well-being while ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor resident health and report condition changes
• Assist with ADLs and provide hands-on care as needed
• Document care, maintain accurate records and MARs
• Supervise and support CNAs and care teams
• Participate in care planning, rounds, and team meetings
• Respond to emergencies and follow infection control/safety protocols

• Required:
• RN:
  Current NC RN license
• LPN:
  Current NC LPN license
• Current CPR certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred
• Ability to lead care teams and communicate clearly
