Camden Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Unit Manager who is motivated and compassionate. We are seeking an nurse who is committed to providing the best quality in patient care available. This is a weekday position. Schedule will be 8-5, M-F.
Responsibilities- Coordinating the care for our residents through leadership and clinical follow up
- Ensure all resident assessment are completed in accordance to state and federal guidelines
- Identify and initiate process and quality improvements for the facility
- Work directly with Administrator, DON, ADON, and other unit managers
- Supervise assigned nursing and CNA staff
- Long Term Care experience required
- Experience in leading a team and producing results a must
- Must have current and valid RN License
