LPN​/RN Nights

Heartland Living & Rehabilitation is currently hiring. Our facility provides residents with a full range of long-term care and rehabilitation services, along with a variety of engaging social and recreational activities. We currently have openings for several nursing positions in our Greensboro, NC facility for multiple shifts.

• Required – LPN or RN Credentialed in NC with unencumbered NC License/Certification
• Preferred - Two years’ experience in a Long Term Care environment
• Direct experience with Electronic Medical Record software --PCC
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Very comfortable with using computers, Windows, and Microsoft Office
• Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation
