Required Skills:

Board Certification as a CRNA
North Carolina State licensure
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical anesthesia experience (no new graduates)
Certification in ACLS and PALS
Ability to float across multiple facilities including Annie Penn, Wesley Long, Moses Cone, and Moses Cone Surgery Center
Proficiency with anesthesia machines (Drager) and Philips monitoring systems
Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and accommodate optional call

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with vascular, neuro, or pediatric anesthesia
Ability to handle high-volume cases (up to 60+ per day)
Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
Experience working in ORs, endoscopy, and specialized surgical procedures such as robotics and bariatrics

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Current North Carolina CRNA license
1-2 years of anesthesia practice in hospital or surgical center settings
Proven ability to manage diverse patient populations and complex cases

Other Requirements:
Willingness to float among multiple facilities
Availability for optional call shifts
Ability to obtain credentialing within 60-90 days
Must work scheduled shifts from 07:00 to 15:00, with flexibility for overtime and holiday shifts at premium pay rates
