Job Summary:

The Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling components and products according to established specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble parts and components following work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
* Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles.
* Report any defects, malfunctions, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
* Meet daily production targets while ensuring high-quality standards.
* Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste..
