Cut & visually inspect boneless meat (beef, veal, lamb, pork, chicken & turkey) to be ground;
Take inspected product and make ground patties, bulk product and/or sausage as directed per customer order;
Review production schedule, perform safety checks on equipment and obtain supplies required to perform work;
Assemble boxes, pack, label and seal boxes;
Stack full boxes on pallets for shipping as assigned;
Open product cases, remove contents and rotate dated stock items as directed.
