Job Summary

Machine Operator (3rd Shift) – O'Neal Steel, Greensboro, NC

$20.00/hr – $30.00/hr

• Follow all safety guidelines and wear all necessary protective gear.
• Set up and operate processing equipment such as fiber laser, saw, shear, press brake, roller, plasma, etc.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklift, overhead crane, stacker crane, side loader, yard dog.
• Read, interpret, and follow work instructions and blueprints, including 3D prints.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measure, box caliper, slide dial caliper, and micrometer.
• Convert fractions to decimals and vice versa, add and subtract fractions and decimals.
• Provide high‑quality work to all internal and external customers related to the output of the position.

• Must be able to work 3rd shift – Sunday–Thursday, 10 pm–6 am; overtime may be required.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test upon offer.
• Proficiency in CNC tooling, CNC programming, CAD software, and CAD/CAM software.
