Availability:
Flexible shift and days.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities described below.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on use of equipment, tools, and materials listed in the Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Computer skills or willingness to acquire them for tasks such as inventory control, cash control, and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to perform additional duties as assigned.

• Recruit, hire and train enthusiastic employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to maintain a clean, well‑stocked, and orderly store in accordance with company standards.
• Present a professional and supportive image to subordinates and supervisors.
• Schedule employees following company guidelines to maximize customer service and store image.
• Apply non‑discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating, and separating employees.

• Build positive relationships with suppliers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and with professionalism.
• Promote a safe, positive public image within the surrounding community.

• Prepare ongoing performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure employee training meets company standards for customer service, store image, and marketing execution.
• Instruct employees on safety procedures and raise safety awareness.

• Establish timely communication channels for all employees.
• Hold regular meetings with site employees and the Market Manager.

• Develop action plans to address site needs and achieve objectives.
• Maintain site files and manuals.
• Ensure timely completion of required reports and accurate recordkeeping.
• Ensure merchandise is appropriately stocked, displayed, and priced.
• Display all required employment posters and signs in an accessible location.

• Analyze daily sales and expense data to maximize sales and profits.
• Budget and forecast P&L items and manage merchandise margins.
• Safeguard all monetary transactions.
• Conduct any necessary financial analysis to increase sales and net profits.

• Work primarily indoors but may be required to clean parking lots, gas pumps, and take out garbage.
• Be exposed to occasional cold temperatures while supervising or handling work in a walk‑in cooler or freezer.
• Be exposed to occasional noise.
• Work independently with minimal direction.
• Act as an effective manager, supervisor, and leader at all times.
