To promote a thriving departmental workplan, the HHS Deputy Director will operate under the guiding principles of sustainability, revenue and resource maximization and high-quality service delivery rooted in ethical decision making, best practices, user satisfaction, efficiency and cross-service line coordination.

Key departmental collaborators to support this effort are directors of the consolidated department and support staff to include budget, operations, performance management and information technology.

Based on the County’s priorities and interests and the consolidated department’s workplan, this position will foster supportive and collaborative workplace culture and relationships with leadership, staff and external stakeholders.
