ResponsibilitiesWe are hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful. You will also engage with the community to establish relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with a customer-first mindset. Our culture emphasizes friendly competition, which supports growth for the business and for you.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must have 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service and/or leadership/management
- Leadership experience could include participation in organizations/club, volunteer work, athletics, or military service
- Must be available to work an average of 47 hours per week
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
- No NC location interview within the past 12 months for the same position
