What You Will Do
- JOB SUMMARY
ITG Brands is embarking on a significant Business Transformation Programme underpinned by SAP S/4 HANA. Through the Americas Unify programme, ITG Brands aims to drive process and data standardization and simplification over a multi-year period with global reach.
We are seeking a Change Manager who is an experienced practitioner in Change Management to identify and articulate the vision for Change and lead local teams to transition and adopt new ways of working. This includes delivery involving a shift in mindset, functional and process changes to move to new ways of working underpinned by ERP technology.
The Change Manager will work with programme towers/functions to identify and articulate Change Impacts by business community and will build a coalition for Change, comprising stakeholders and the Change Network. They will lead, engage, and motivate this network to translate global change impacts into local Change Impact Mitigation activities to successfully transition to new ways of working.
Responsibilities include coordinating with the Global Change Team (Change Management, Communications & Stakeholder Engagement and Training), third-party providers, Local Change and Deployment teams, Programme Leadership, and business stakeholders. The role reports to the Director of Change Management and requires travel to other company sites and to the AUTP office in Greensboro, NC.
What You Will Do
- Execute the framework to manage Change Impacts by Process Area and Geography (Group/Regional/Local).
- Work with Programme Towers / Process teams to identify and articulate the impact of the programme scope to drive detailed Change Impacts Assessments.
- Convert identified change impacts into a workable Change Action & Mitigation Plan from a global perspective, collaborating with third-party service providers.
- Coach and support local Change Managers in clusters/factories to ensure all change activities are delivered, achieve a successful go-live, and realize benefits.
- Engage with programme and business stakeholders locally to share and gain feedback on Change Management plans, activities, and goals.
- Collaborate with the Unify Change Tower (Communications and Training) to ensure coordinated delivery of all change activities.
- Design and build a Change Network to drive adoption, working with regional and local teams to take ownership and manage Change.
- Deliver a structured engagement and knowledge transfer plan to onboard Change Network members onto the Programme. Identify capability needs with vendors and the Programme change team and upskill as needed.
- Support the local Change Lead and Change Network in translating global change impacts into local actions to own the change and transition successfully.
- Provide effective reporting on Change Management activities.
- Capture and share lessons with other Change Managers within the Unify Programme.
- Support the Programme Change Tower Lead in various activities to support the Unify programme.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Very strong communication and collaboration skills; collaborative mindset across business functions
- Cultural understanding and experience working in multi-cultural teams
- Ability to operate in a complex environment with multiple work streams, understanding interdependencies within the programme
- Degree educated in a relevant business or subject
- 10+ years’ experience in Change Management consulting within complex transformation programme environments, ideally ERP / IT-enabled
