Responsibilities- Oversee resident relations and daily operations.
- Manage, train, and coach team members, guiding them to reach their potential.
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and strategically hire new team members.
- Deliver timely, professional responses to escalated resident issues.
- Drive collection strategy to minimize evictions and reduce delinquency.
- Maximize retention rate and rate growth through lease renewals.
- Ensure proper move-out reconciliation processes are followed.
- Drive the profitability of the assigned portfolio.
- Handle special-case properties, including those with evictions, escalated customer service issues, disposition considerations, and potential legal issues.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a management role, managing direct reports required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of directly related experience in Property Operations, Real Estate, or Property Management preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
- Real Estate License and any permits/certifications required by state’s real estate commission to engage in property management.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience with property management software a plus.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $71,545.00 to $89,448.00 Annually. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
Additional CompensationThis position is eligible to receive quarterly bonus payments.
