Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greensboro, NC, for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will handle daily maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring the manufactured housing community operates efficiently and is safe and well-maintained. Responsibilities include performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems, and addressing maintenance requests promptly. The role requires collaboration with the on-site team to uphold the community’s high standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
  • Demonstrated skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing maintenance issues
  • Experience with Maintenance & Repair and Industrial Maintenance tasks
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in property or facility maintenance is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certifications are a plus
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift/move heavy objects as needed
