Real Estate Paralegal

LHH is partnering with a well-established organization in Greensboro, NC to identify an experienced Real Estate Paralegal. This role supports both commercial and residential real estate matters and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of real estate transactions from start to finish.

• Assist attorneys with commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financings
• Draft, review, and organize real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, deeds, closing statements, and title documents
• Coordinate closings, including preparation of closing binders and post-closing documentation
• Conduct title and survey reviews and assist with resolving title issues
• Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other third parties
• Maintain and manage files to ensure accuracy and compliance with deadlines

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal handling both commercial and residential real estate matters
• Solid knowledge of real estate transactions and related documentation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal document management systems is a plus
