FULLY ONSITE Bilingual Help Desk Analyst (English/Spanish)
Location:
Greensboro, NC
Contract:
6-month with potential extension (not guaranteed). Second shift Monday‑Friday, fully onsite.
This position performs analytical, technical, and administrative work to support local and remote end‑users. The Help Desk Analyst’s goal is to achieve total end‑user satisfaction for technical issues by delivering exceptional customer service, willingness to work overtime, and teamwork.
Key Skillsets- Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to explain technical concepts, document incidents, and assist end users fluently in both languages
- Ability to perform technical troubleshooting and customer support in Spanish, not just conversational fluency
- Excellent customer‑service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot complex problems
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft environment
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking principles
- Desire to learn and be part of a team
