IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
Job Summary
THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE IN GREENSBORO NC. REMOTE CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The IT Project Manager leads technology initiatives across Engineering, Quality, MES, Laboratory, and Specification Management domains. The role partners with business and IT stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, propose optimal solutions, and drive change. Using a hybrid delivery approach, the Project Manager ensures disciplined execution of scope, schedule, cost, risks, and communication while maintaining compliance, validation, and quality standards.
Job Duties- Lead end‑to‑end project planning and delivery using hybrid methodologies (agile + waterfall).
- Drive requirement gathering, solution definition, and alignment with compliance, quality, and enterprise architecture.
- Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans using tools such as MS Project and Jira.
- Manage project financials including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variance tracking, ensuring timely approvals and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to review scope, provide updates, manage expectations, and facilitate decision‑making.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover, and stabilization activities for assigned technologies.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes.
- Support organizational readiness, training coordination, and adoption of new solutions.
- 10+ years of IT project management experience delivering technology initiatives in manufacturing or regulated environments
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with hybrid PM methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
- Experience managing project budgets and financial processes
- PMP, PMI‑ACP, or CSM certification (preferred)
- Experience with MES, LIMS, QMS, engineering design platforms, or specification systems (preferred)

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensboro, NC. This is a fully onsite position in Greensboro, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $56.89 - $71.30/hr.
