Help Desk Administrator

Market America a Global Product Brokerage and Internet Marketing company that specializes in One-to-One Marketing, is seeking a Help Desk Administrator for our IT Team.

Provides first level on-site technical and administrative support for all company users, including software and hardware, office printers, Internet, telephone, and VOIP system for Windows and MAC Operating environments.

• Responds to computer-related requests to ensure user productivity.
• Installs necessary software and upgrades, printers, and voice systems on new and existing employees’ workstations.
• Relocates hardware to required locations and ensures accurate access levels.
• Manages the Help Desk Queue to ensure timely and accurate changes.
• Records software and hardware inventory to indicate accurate level.
• Creates and maintains all network accounts.
• Troubleshoots computer-related issues to effectively resolve problems.
• Travels to other locations and events for support, as needed.
• Provides on-call support.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two to three years experience in Windows Operating Systems, MS Office Applications, Active Directory, and computer hardware.

• Proficient use of MS Office Products, PC Hardware, and Terminal Emulation software.
• Above moderate levels of service orientation and troubleshooting.
• Moderate levels of English reading comprehension, speaking, and writing; active listening; critical thinking; and complex problem solving.
