Integration Developer Lead

Join our Global Integration Services Team (GIST) Core Team as an Integration Developer Lead and help shape the future of enterprise connectivity king within a global team you’ll lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using Jitterbit’s iPaaS, while also operating and supporting the platform to ensure seamless data flow and reliable performance across critical business applications for both internal teams and external partners.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and architecture standards.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust integration solutions using Jitterbit’s iPaaS platform, following best practices for scalability, reusability, security and observability.
• Troubleshoot and debug integration issues across development, UAT, and production environments, ensuring timely resolution.
• Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring team alignment, clear priorities, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational excellence for production integrations and the broader Jitterbit platform—overseeing environment health, upgrades, access, and observability—while driving proactive support, performance tuning, and attainment of KPIs and SLAs.
• Elevate team effectiveness by coaching and mentoring developers, establishing and enforcing standards (naming, security, logging/error handling, reuse), driving code reviews and pair programming, using metrics to identify bottlenecks and run continuous improvement experiments, while introducing AI-driven enhancements where they deliver measurable value.
• Provide occasional out-of-hours support for escalated incidents, including high-level architectural support and guidance during critical events.

• 5+ years integrating enterprise systems with full lifecycle ownership (design, build, deploy, support) and ability to lead during incidents/escalations.
• Proven Agile leadership (standups, planning, reviews, retros, backlog refinement) and mentoring through code reviews and pairing.

• Hands‑on with at least one enterprise iPaaS (e.g., Jitterbit, Azure Integration Services/Logic Apps, Mule Soft, Workato, Celigo, Boomi) applying scalable, reusable, secure patterns.
• Grasp of integration design patterns (request/response, pub/sub, batch jobs, event‑driven orchestration, idempotency, retries).
• Competent with middleware and integration tools; understanding of API management.

• Designed, developed, and consumed APIs (REST required; SOAP a plus), including webhooks.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, and experience with secure file exchange (SFTP).
• Proficient with JSON, XML, CSV, EDI, and transformation best practices.
• SQL skills and experience integrating with relational databases.

• Strong debugging and log analysis skills and experience across dev/UAT/prod; implemented logging, correlation IDs, alerts, and dashboards to meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Clear, systematic approach to error handling and resilience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and influence stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
