Scrum Master
Location: Charlotte, NC (Day 1 onsite Hybrid)
Contract: 12+ Months
Base Pay Range: $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and guide Scrum ceremonies.
- Coach teams toward self‑organization and continuous improvement.
- Resolve conflicts and build consensus.
- Manage multiple priorities and work with cross‑functional teams.
- Use Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and practices.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum Theory, rules and practices.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification as Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) preferred.
- Experience with GEN AI considered a plus.
