Position: MS Dynamics 365 CRM / Azure developer
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gather, assimilate and analyze relevant data to help surface and support solutions
• Articulate ideas and thoughts in a clear, structured and compelling way
• Be result oriented, assuming responsibility for assigned work and reviewing for accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate effectively across teams, supporting your teammates and maintaining a positive and proactive approach even in challenging situations.
• Participate in technical analysis and create specification document
• Develop technical architecture, strategy and guidelines document
• Track Development progress and project deliverables
• Effectively articulate not only technical and design/implementation concepts but also the potential solutions.
• Respect the Product Best Practices
REQUIREMENTS
You are a seasoned Dynamics 365 developer (3 years minimum in MS D365 environment) who understands business challenges and can effectively propose technology solutions. You are a solid professional communicator with personal skills to make a positive impact within the team.
• The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field of studiesMinimum 3 years of experience implementing, configuring and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer EngagementStrong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming languages like C#Knowledge of Visual Studio or any other IDEGood knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systemsSolid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects.Ability to take business requirementsSkills on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platformSkills on CRM processes in Manufacturing (helpful)Skills on at least two modules of the CRM suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)Knowledge of the DataverseExperience in Software DeliveryExperience in Power Platform native components, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure development, Azure Dev OpsSkills on Power BI and Azure automated deployments (nice to have)Autonomy in the application designAttitude to problem solvingExcellent knowledge of EnglishDynamism and flexibilityThey complete the profile:
Knowledge of Dev Ops / Agile methodologiesAbility to work in a team effectivelyMicrosoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules and Azure#J-18808-Ljbffr
