Overview

We are seeking an experienced Practice Administrator with HR experience to manage the administrative and human resources operations of a busy family law firm.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee office operations and HR
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and personnel matters
  • Support attorneys and staff to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Maintain policies, compliance, and personnel records

Work toward paperless flow of legal documents with Clio and Share File.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in professional service administration
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
  • Proficiency with office technology and HR systems
