Talent Acquisition Specialist at Charles Aris Executive Search

• Partner with client organizations to understand the needs of your search project
• Work closely with our internal research team to formulate a search strategy and a target list
• Source and qualify prospective candidates
• Manage the day-to-day recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Alongside the practice leader, provide clients with professional market consultation
• Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
• Drive closing process, including offer and negotiations

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, sales, or recruiting role
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
• Competitive nature
• Goal oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Base salary plus commission plan.
