Overview

Onsite Night Guest Attendant position at Studio Res in Greensboro, NC. This highly visible, on-site role involves evening shifts with overnight on-call responsibilities to oversee the property after hours. The incumbent will be the face of the property and the first point of contact for guests.

Primary Duties
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular night inspections to ensure safety and security.
  • Guest Services: Assist with after-hours check-in/check-out and address guest needs.
  • Laundry Duties: Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels; maintain a clean laundry area.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks as needed (vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing public areas); ensure supplies are stocked and distribute across the property; prepare rooms that daytime housekeeping could not clear.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security for guests and property.
  • On Call Needs: Regularly be on call overnight for after-hours guest needs.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive in solving problems.
Physical Requirements
  • Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
