Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment by regularly disinfecting countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration units.
  • Guest Service: Create a welcoming atmosphere by restocking buffet items, clearing tables, and addressing guest concerns with professionalism and warmth.
  • Versatility: Be adaptable and ready to fill various roles, including bartender, busser, cook, or server as needed.
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menus, presentation techniques, and food preparation methods.
  • Food Safety: Safely store and handle food, adhering to safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work seamlessly with team members to ensure efficient food production operations.
  • Shift Transition: Facilitate smooth shift changes by effectively communicating important information to supervisors and the next shift’s employees.
  • Sanitation Compliance: Strictly follow Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation, maintaining the cleanliness of sinks, sideboards, and refrigerators.
  • Safety: Comply with company policies and safety procedures, promptly reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions. Participate in required safety training and certifications.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other duties necessary to fulfill the primary objectives of the role.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and food service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food Safety Training certification or willingness to obtain it within the first 60 days of employment
  • Alcohol Awareness certification or willingness to obtain it within the first 60 days of employment
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly
  • Capability to bend and squat repeatedly
  • Proficiency in walking and standing for the duration of scheduled shifts
  • Flexibility to work day shifts, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as this is a Part-Time Evening Reception Attendant position.
