Technologist - Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray

Job Details:

• Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and miscellaneous facilities
• Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment
• Submit and transmit X-Ray images to Radiologist for interpretation
• Unload portable X-Ray equipment and transport into facilities to perform physician-ordered exams
• Must obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-Ray images
• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit to Cardiologist for interpretation
• Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol
• Regularly communicate with dispatch and management
• Communicate efficiently and interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients
• Maintain vehicle and X-Ray equipment
• Physical demands include pushing/pulling 50-100 lbs of equipment 16-24 times per day
• On-call responsibilities will be discussed at interview
• Weekend schedule will be discussed at interview
• ARRT certification required
• Active driver's license required
