Schedule:

12-hour shifts with 6 weekend days per schedule; rare on-call requirements

24-bed specialty unit focused on oncology and women's surgical care
Patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5, supporting quality patient care
Cerner EMR system utilized for clinical documentation

Limited floating to other medical-surgical units
Opportunity to support patients through complex oncology and surgical procedures
Requirements:
Active North Carolina RN license or eligibility for licensure
Current BLS certification
Chemotherapy certification preferred
