Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Registered Dietitian to join our practice, where you’ll have the opportunity to provide high-quality, individualized nutrition counseling while contributing to community and corporate wellness initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with clients to deliver evidence-based nutrition guidance and empower them to achieve their health goals through personalized care and consistent follow-up. You will also deliver engaging nutrition education presentations at various corporate accounts and support the implementation of on-site and virtual wellness initiatives tailored to each organization’s needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized nutrition assessments and counseling to a diverse clientele.
  • Develop personalized nutrition care plans and health strategies for conditions such as diabetes, weight management, food allergies, autoimmune disorders, chronic diseases, and overall wellness.
  • Lead nutrition classes and presentations for corporate wellness programs and community outreach.
  • Attend health fairs and community events to provide nutrition education and promote healthy lifestyles through interactive and engaging activities.
  • Follow up with clients who cancel appointments to encourage rescheduling and support strong client retention through consistent communication and relationship building.
  • Document counseling sessions, manage scheduling, and maintain accurate client records within a defined timeline.
  • Stay updated on the latest nutrition research to ensure evidence-based practice.
  • Support program development by creating educational materials, group programs, and digital resources for client engagement.
  • Contribute to marketing and client retention efforts through blog writing, social media content, or participation in community partnerships.
  • Assist with quality assurance and compliance by following HIPAA guidelines and maintaining consistent documentation standards.
  • Provide mentorship and support to interns, assistants, or other team members as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions to improve workflow efficiency, service quality, and client experience.

Qualifications
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Licensed in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Reside in or near Greensboro, NC.
  • Previous experience in one-on-one nutrition counseling (private practice or outpatient) is preferred, but not required.
  • Passionate about helping clients achieve long-term health and wellness goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organized, and tech-savvy.
