Direct Support Professional

Position Overview

Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), Greensboro, NC. This role supports individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in daily living tasks and goal achievement.

• Flexible hours:
  Monday‑Friday 8am‑6pm, with occasional Saturday work.
• Location:
  
  Greensboro, NC.
• Compensation: $18.00 per hour.

• Provide care in the individual's home and community.
• Assist with everyday tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, bathing, and dressing.
• Support employment activities and transportation to appointments.
• Help plan and organize the client's schedule.
• Maintain daily documentation and reporting in the electronic health record system.
