About the Direct Support Professional Role

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Greensboro, NC. The role involves providing care in the home and community, assisting with daily tasks, and ensuring wellness and safety.

Location: Greensboro, NC

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am‑6pm with occasional weekend (Saturday) coverage. Flexible hours to accommodate those being served.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour.

• Provide personal care and support in home and community settings.
• Assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, cleaning, and personal hygiene.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Help plan and organize client schedules.
• Document and report daily activities in the electronic health record.
