Overview
The Medical Education Coordinator performs administrative functions within medical education to support a quality learning environment. Working under moderate supervision, this role coordinates multiple competing demands while prioritizing work effectively to support leadership, faculty, and learners.
Essential Job Function- Collaborates with leadership and other stakeholders in developing systems to achieve accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Provides specialized administrative support within medical education.
- Assists in the development and implementation of systems to ensure consistency and quality in such areas as onboarding, rotation assignments, orientations, evaluations, and scheduling.
- Communicates with medical education learners and others to support an excellent learning environment.
- Assists leadership and other stakeholders in continuous quality improvement, including preparation of data, to help identify and solve for opportunities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
