Medical Receptionist I – Arthritis Knee Pain Centers

Arthritis Knee Pain Centers is looking to bring a motivated medical receptionist onto our team! As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting each patient with warmth and enthusiasm, overseeing the practice workflow, and ensuring a positive patient experience with consistency and compassion.

• Greet patients
• Maintain discretion regarding patient health information
• Collect new patient intake information
• Route insurance information
• Monitor patient wait times
• Route patients
• Chart organization and preparation
• Collect payments

• Knowledge of medical office management systems
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Friendly
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
• Social perceptiveness and service oriented
