What You'll Do- Provide, coordinate, and monitor a variety of direct care activities for clients in our treatment environment.
- Develop, implement, and facilitate therapeutic activities consistent with the agency's Model of Care.
- Offer appropriate interventions to assist in maintaining consumer baseline behaviors.
- Provide continuous monitoring of clients in crisis and report behaviors to therapeutic and medical staff.
- Participate in 1-to-1 monitoring of clients when deemed appropriate.
- Availability: 3rd shift part-time.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma is required.
- B.A./B.S. in a related human service field is preferred.
- Four years of experience in Mental Health is preferred.
- Ability to solve practical problems and address various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
