. Direct involvement in Noble Health Services Clinical Management Programs, oversight of day‑to‑day Pharmacy operations, and consistent application of organizational policies. Use professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
Responsible for implementing and adhering to Noble Health Services policies as they relate to high‑quality patient care. Facilitate Clinical Management Programs in a call center environment across multiple disease states and assist with accreditation efforts.
Responsibilities- Assist with Noble Health Services operations and profitability
- Follow all State and Federal guidelines governing Pharmacy practice
- Provide clinical and operational support for Clinical and Patient Management Programs
- Perform all quality assurance steps to ensure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed; report dispensing incidents in a timely manner
- Oversee clinical decision making and accountability to the organization for those decisions
- Perform patient drug utilization reviews and analysis
- Report adverse events and suggest appropriate alternative therapies when warranted
- Maintain compliance with Noble policies and all accreditation standards
- Monitor all pharmacy claims for proper reimbursement and manage inventory
- Keep all records in accordance with state and federal guidelines; maintain patient confidentiality
- Train and develop clinical and pharmacy personnel; participate in the Quality Management Committee
- Maintain required licensure in current and other states; keep current with regulatory changes and industry trends
- Meet on‑call, scheduling, and mandatory training requirements; interface with auditors and outside agencies as needed
- Deliver outstanding customer service and enforce Loss Prevention policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
Qualifications- Current unrestricted Pharmacist license in the pharmacy location state
- Obtain and maintain licenses in other required states
- 2‑3 Years of practice in a specialty pharmacy setting
- 2‑3 Years of experience in a managed care setting
- 3‑5 Years of practice in a traditional retail setting performing MTM’s
$130,000‑ per year. Final offer determined after careful consideration of skills, experience, and education.
