Summary
:
Supports delivery of patient care by purchasing and maintaining an optimum inventory level of supplies for High Point Surgery Center.
- Manages the purchasing/receiving of drug/supply orders from the wholesaler/suppliers
- Manages the computer system set up with the wholesaler
- Resolves purchase orders problems and billing errors when they occur
- Manages the transfer expenses/billing for High Point Surgery Center
- Maintains accurate prices in applicable computer system
- Invoice:
Tasks – Accurately posts invoices within 5 days of receipt - Upholds a professional working relationship at all times and adheres to department rules
- Practices teamwork and adheres to Standards of Behavior
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
