Position OverviewAs a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills. You’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative care team to deliver compassionate care.

What You’ll Do- Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based
- Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
- Use electronic tools such as Central Reach to conduct preference assessments and track data
- Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision
- Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
- Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
- Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed
- Minimum age: 18 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation (travel up to 20 miles)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience working with children (childcare, teaching, early childhood) is a great foundation
- Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.)
This position provides in-home services to clients located within approximately 20 miles from your home. Reliable transportation is required, with travel between client locations. Premium pay for sessions after 5 PM, paid drive time between clients, and weekly BCBA supervision are offered.
Shift
Hours:
9:00am–1:00pm or 12pm–6pm, four days per week. This role is expected to offer roughly 20–30 hours per week. If these hours don’t align with your availability, you can still apply and connect with a recruiter as we continue to build our talent pipeline.
We take a whole-child, whole-caregiver approach. Our integrated model combines ABA therapy with speech, occupational therapy, and behavioral health support. You’ll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.

The expected salary range for this role is $25–$30 per hour. Final compensation will be based on factors such as skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers comply with applicable federal and state laws.
