RBT Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – Greensboro
Join us at Connect n Care ABA as an RBT or BT to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum, enhancing their communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.
NOTICE OF HOURS AVAILABLE: Monday through Friday (12pm‑8pm)
Weekends (available but not required)

As an experienced RBT or BT, you will be rewarded for the impact you make in clients’ lives. Connect n Care appreciates your dedication and offers:

- Competitive hourly rates on an experience‑based tiered structure
- Tier 3 (RBT / Up to 1 YR of Experience) = $21/hr+
- Tier 4 (RBT / 2+ Years of Experience) – $24/hr+
- Reviews every 6 months with potential increase of $1/hr with each review (up to $2/hr per year)
- Travel limited to 30 minutes plus paid travel time
- Flexible scheduling options – full‑time and part‑time schedules available

ABOUT CONNECT n CARE
Connect n Care is a growing behavioral health organization committed to providing exceptional Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services. Our mission is to enable individuals on the Autism Spectrum to lead healthy, independent lives.
Our qualified team of BCBAs and RBTs develop comprehensive ABA treatment plans to improve social, communication, adaptive living, and behavioral aspects of each client. We serve clients of all ages, locations, incomes, and levels of disability.
POSITION DETAILS
You will work one‑on‑one with children using ABA therapy at their home, school, or in the community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community environments
- Follow individualized treatment plans tailored by a BCBA to address deficits
- Implement behavior plans created by the BCBA
- Collect data through observation and submit detailed session notes
- Participate in training and team meetings
- Collaborate with supervisors and peers

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a BT or RBT in Applied Behavior Analysis
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum age of 18
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to obtain required certifications and training (e.g., First Aid)
- Reliable transportation with a current and clear driver’s license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check including FBI and child abuse clearances
