- Skilled with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, Net Suite, or similar), and proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar advanced credential preferred
